Dmitry Devin brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, project and program management, and operations across international, technology-driven industries.

At HOYA Surgical Optics, Dmitry contributes to the development of the company’s strategy and leads organizational projects that strengthen execution, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term business performance. In his Enterprise PMO role, he supports the translation of strategic priorities into coordinated initiatives, clear governance, and measurable delivery.

Throughout his career, Dmitry has held leadership roles spanning strategic development, operational improvement, enterprise project management, technical services, and customer-focused operations. He has led complex cross-functional initiatives and supported organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change.

Dmitry holds a Master’s degree in Optical Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and an MBA from the University of Liverpool.
