Jimmy Kewalramani brings over 24 years of experience in the medical equipment and device industry, with a strong track record of leadership across both regional (AMERICAS and APAC) and country-level roles. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage complex business environments across diverse cultures, drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver sustainable growth. 

Throughout his career, Jimmy has led initiatives in P&L management, strategic planning, organizational leadership, go-to-market modeling, stakeholder alignment, and commercial excellence. Prior to joining HOYA Surgical Optics, he held a variety of leadership roles at Alcon^®.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics with First Class Distinction from North Maharashtra University.
