About the role
Job Title: Application Support Analyst – Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & SCM) & Digital Applications
Works closely with and have impact on: Global SCM, Finance
Reports to: Global Operation Services, Global IT

Role Overview
This individual will be a member of the Global IT Team. The person will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance and SCM) and digital applications. The role involves ensuring system stability, troubleshooting ERP-related issues. this person also should ensure timely system support to the business operations and monitor the ERP process and follow the QA standard operating procedures for GxP compliance. This person will work closely with finance, supply chain, and compliance teams to maintain seamless system functionality
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, focusing on Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for digital applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the ERP and other digital applications
- Ensure system uptime, performance monitoring, and compliance with internal SLAs
- Collaborate with business users to understand system pain points and drive resolution
- Configure and manage user roles, security settings, and access control within Dynamics 365, ensuring adherence to MedTech industry regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, GDPR, SOX)
- Perform data integrity checks, system audits, and compliance reporting
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements in financial and supply chain operations using ERP capabilities
- Participating in testing, validation, and deployment of new ERP functionalities, ensuring compliance with CSV (Computer system Validation) requirements
- Maintain detailed SOPs, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides for ERP support
- Develop and deliver end-user training to finance, supply chain, and operational teams on ERP functionalities
- Responsible for coordinating with QA or the QA representative in the IT team for computer system validations activities (IQ, OQ & PQ phases)
- Ensure compliance of IT regulations in security, quality and environmental prospective (e.g. local/country laws, ISO 19001, ISO14000, etc.) as well as global IT policies
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & SCM modules)
- Knowledge of Morph X / X++ / AX 2012 and D365 Finance and Operations
- Strong understanding of finance, inventory management, and supply chain processes in ERP systems
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices, including incidents, problems, and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
- The ability to work as a team with other IT people across the globe is essential
- Experience working in a regulated industry (MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare) ensuring compliance with industry standards
Skills/Accreditations
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics
