About the role
Job Title: Global Marketing & Communications Manager
Works closely with and have impact on: Commercial Team, International Sales, Professional Education
Reports to: VP, Communication & Omnichannel Development
Function: Global Commercial
Work Location/Site: Frankfurt
Role Overview
This role drives the development and execution of integrated marketing and internal communications strategies to strengthen brand presence, engage key audiences, and support overall business goals. The position oversees cross‑channel campaign planning, digital platform management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling content, impactful promotional activities, and consistent brand alignment. Using data-driven insights, it ensures measurable results and efficient budget management to continuously optimize marketing performance and maximize business impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies (across promotional and professional education) that align with business objectives and brand positioning
- This position is the business owner for LinkedIn and InVision and responsible for ensuring synergy with business owners of the additional digital platforms (ie, The Source, MVL, website, etc). Focus is on promotional activities to drive customer engagement with these platforms in collaboration with their business owners
- DOL program: coordinate planning and post production of video assets. Manage the implementation calendar. Work with team and DOLs directly (where appropriate) to implement and measure, maximizing value for HSO & KOLs
Prof Ed / Educational Partners: Responsible for maintaining a relationship with ESASO and consider communication opportunities (ie, promotion of CME courses, etc) - Track budgetary spending versus plan, including managing RINGI financial authorizations for professional education expenses, and ensure management has full visibility of potential variances (+/-).
- Coordinate shipment to customers – Liaise with the warehouse/ supplier/ carrier if necessary
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize activities.
Experience
- 5+ years in a marketing communications, digital marketing or similar corporate role. Experience in marketing automation platforms and content management systems. Prior experience in the medical technology sector a benefit.

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for storytelling and ability to create engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Good presentation skills and able to express own ideas confidently in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the processes for planning, implementing and measuring digital project performance.
- Able to control of service providers and agencies.
Academic Qualifications
- Degree level. Diploma/Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications and/or relevant experience
Languages
- Fluent spoken and written English essential
- Good to very good German (B1-B2)
- French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese an advantage
