Job Title: Solutions Architect CRM
Works closely with and have impact on: Commercial departments across Japan, China and Global
Reports to: Director, Digital Solutions and Analytics

Role Overview
The Solutions Architect – CRM is a critical member of the Global IT Team, entrusted with the design, implementation, and management of the global CRM platform. This position ensures the CRM architecture remains robust and scalable, maintains compliance, and integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems. In addition, the architect provides support for daily operations and enables commercial reporting, fostering adoption and effective usage of CRM capabilities across multiple entities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the global CRM architecture (Salesforce / IQVIA OCE), ensuring scalability, compliance, and integration with enterprise platforms.
- Lead end-to-end CRM lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, deployment, governance, and performance monitoring.
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including system stability, data quality, and user administration.
- Deliver proactive support (health checks, optimization, training, adoption initiatives) and reactive support (incident resolution, troubleshooting, vendor coordination).
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with business needs and ensure adoption across markets.
- Enable commercial reporting by integrating CRM with BI tools and building dashboards/insights to track sales performance, customer engagement, and field activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new CRM features, analytics, and harmonized processes to enhance commercial effectiveness
Experience
8+ years of CRM experience, with at least 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM and/or IQVIA OCE configuration, customization, and integrations.
Proven track record in managing multi-country CRM deployments and operations.
Strong knowledge of CRM data models, APIs, release/change management, and support processes.
Experience integrating CRM with BI tools (Power BI) to deliver actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
(Preferred) Salesforce certifications, experience in Life Sciences / MedTech / Pharma, and advanced BI/analytics exposure

High degree of commitment, accountability, and a willingness to learn
Commercial focus
Fluency in English is a must
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
Ideally certified in Salesforce
Travel requirements
