Leadership Team

Christina Lee is a senior Quality and Regulatory executive with over 25 years of experience in the biotechnology, life sciences, and medical device sectors. She is recognized for shaping enterprise quality strategies, strengthening governance frameworks, and enabling sustainable growth in complex, highly regulated global environments.

She has partnered closely with executive leadership to align quality and regulatory priorities with business objectives, bringing deep expertise in transforming quality management systems, enhancing compliance maturity, mitigating risk, and driving operational excellence. Christina spent nine years at Alcon, most recently as Senior Director, APAC Quality Assurance, where she led regional quality strategy across commercial, manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory operations. Earlier, as Quality Site Head for Singapore Manufacturing, she strengthened site performance and compliance.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing from the University of Birmingham (UK) and a Graduate Certificate in Medical Device Regulatory Affairs (MDRA) from RAPS and the National University of Singapore. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
